Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, People Insights Advisory, based in New Brunswick, NJ, to serve as the primary strategic advisor between HR Data & Intelligence and HR leadership. The role drives insights, portfolio governance, and workforce storytelling for senior stakeholders.

You will partner with HR leaders to translate priorities into actionable analytics, influence decisions, and deliver measurable business impact across the enterprise workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR business partnering or people analytics experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and strategic advisory partner for HR leadership.
• Own portfolio-level governance for analytics and data product needs across client groups.
• Translate complex workforce challenges into actionable insights and decision-ready narratives.
• Collaborate with Data Product, Data Science, and HR teams to shape usable solutions.
• Build a network of analytics delegates across HR functions to align priorities.
