Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR Management, or related field is required.
• At least two years of relevant professional work experience is required.
• Three years in human resources, compensation administration, financial analysis or accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and establish/validate salary grades.
• Analyze compensation and related HR issues.
• Stay updated on compensation trends, laws and regulations.
• Participate in salary surveys to determine market competitiveness.
• Compile incumbent salary data and participate in external surveys.
• Maintain consistent compensation analysis procedures and guidelines.
• Prepare and review data for college-wide salary adjustments.
• Process educational supplements for all classifications.
