Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Compensation experience.
• Knowledge of other HR areas a plus.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and analytical skills.
• Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of Cooper University Health Care’s compensation program and policies.
• Serve as an internal consultant to Business Partners and leaders on pay practices.
• Participate in salary surveys, and monitor market trends. Adheres to Federal and New Jersey state labor laws and practices.
