Munich Re America Services seeks a Compensation Analyst to join the HR team in Hartford, CT. The role administers compensation programs, analyzes market data and provides recommendations aligned with policies.

You will work with Compensation Consultants and HR Business Partners to ensure accurate job evaluations and budgeting. You will manage base and incentive pay, support annual processes, and deliver data insights to leadership while ensuring compliance with FLSA and Equal Pay laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or finance.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or related field.
• Experience independently managing compensation processes within set frameworks.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with compensation software (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP) and salary surveys.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage recurring compensation programs and processes.
• Provide data analyses, market insights and recommendations on salaries and incentives.
• Collaborate with HR Partners, managers and Talent Acquisition on job classifications.
• Maintain compensation data in HRIS and generate reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, Equal Pay Act, and internal policies.
