The role supports North America compensation programs, drives market pricing, and partners with senior leadership to ensure pay equity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive compensation experience
• Expertise in market pricing, salary administration, and compensation analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Workday compensation modules
• Strong understanding of pay equity, FLSA, and related regulations
• Ability to present data-driven insights to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Administer North America compensation programs incl. base salary, incentives, and bonuses
• Maintain compensation documentation, controls, and audit practices
• Conduct market pricing, benchmarking and trend analysis
• Support job architecture, evaluations, career frameworks, and salary structures
• Maintain data in Workday and partner with HR on new/evolving roles
• Provide compensation consultation, education, and training to HR and leaders
• Coordinate annual compensation planning and related communications
