Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Community Resource Coordinator (CRC) to lead strategic planning, integration, and oversight of family and community support programs across the SOF enterprise. The CRC identifies service gaps, builds relationships with internal and external support agencies, and supports programs that strengthen the resilience and well-being of Service members and their families.

U.S. citizenship is required and candidates must possess an active U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience required.
• Alternative: bachelor’s degree in education, human/social services, or related field; or four years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project staff, client office personnel, and community agencies to address and resolve project-related issues.
• Deliver public speaking sessions and educational programs to community agencies and local office staff; engage in health fairs and group presentations.
• Report concerns, problems, and issues to Leadership promptly.
• Supervise and oversee Outreach Client Service Representatives.
• Maintain a professional demeanor representing the organization and advocating for the program.
