Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Community Resource Coordinator (CRC) to plan, integrate, and oversee family and community support programs across the SOF enterprise. The CRC will identify service gaps, build relationships with agencies, and support programs that enhance the resilience and well-being of Service members and families. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination.
• Willing to complete specialized training in peer support counseling, community resources and referrals, and suicide prevention.
• Know ledge of best practices in peer support counseling and suicide prevention; stay current on DoW, Service, and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project staff, client office personnel, and community agencies to address issues.
• Deliver public speaking sessions and educational programs to community agencies and local staff.
• Report concerns and issues promptly to Leadership.
• Supervise Outreach Client Service Representatives.
• Distribute program materials to diverse community groups.
• Ensure compliance with Wage & Hour policies and training requirements.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
