Job summary

Kenilworthparkdc in Washington, DC seeks a Community Relations Director to drive lead generation, manage leads to closing, grow occupancy and revenue, and implement sales/marketing plans with a high-integrity approach.

You will coordinate with the Executive Director and Resident Care Director, conduct monthly events, track activities, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining community relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business/healthcare admin or related field.
• 5–7 years in business experience in skilled/assisted living or similar facility.
• 3–5 years in operations management with financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plan to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales/occupancy goals.
• Follow up with inquiries to generate move-ins and revenue growth.
• Plan monthly marketing events to generate leads and PR opportunities.
• Track sales activities and maintain up-to-date databases.
• Prepare move-in paperwork and ensure smooth transition.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related subject
