The role requires 5+ years in program or project management and experience in related sectors, with preference for advanced degrees and cross-team project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience in data centers, utilities, government, advanced manufacturing, or capital intensive industries.
• 5 years of experience developing and launching local, state, national or global public-private partnerships.
• MBA or Master’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate stakeholders, manage schedules, identify risks and communicate progress.
• Develop strategies to advance regional advancement objectives based on local assessments.
• Engage civic influencers, civil servants, and community networks to drive outcomes.
• Embed civic investment standards across expanding site footprints and engage with facilities teams.
