Job summary

Google LLC seeks a Community Development Manager in Mesa to drive public-private partnerships and community engagement across data centers and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze community data, and deliver measurable social impact in collaboration with municipal leaders and education partners.

You will lead strategic engagements to accelerate infrastructure delivery while protecting Google’s license to operate globally, mentoring managers and guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience working with local municipalities, associations, key opinion formers, non-profit decision makers, education institutions, and community members.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate requirements, schedules, risks, and communications across offices/time zones.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key community and government stakeholders.
