Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience in one or more of the following fields: data centers, utilities, government, advanced manufacturing, or capital intensive industries.
• 5 years of experience developing and launching local, state, national or global public-private partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, coordinating with stakeholders to plan requirements and manage schedules.
• Identify risks and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
• Drive measurable social impact by accelerating new infrastructure delivery and growth, and leveraging community partnerships.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion formers, government officials, and nonprofit leaders to align initiatives with community needs.
• Engage with community leaders, associations, and local organizations to prioritize development plans based on research data.
• Entrench community development best practices within a rapidly growing organization and serve as a subject matter expert on data center delivery and strategic community engagement.
