You will collaborate across teams to plan campaigns, track performance metrics, and support marketing strategies that align with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience with video shoots and editing preferred.
• Creative direction capabilities based on experience or education.
• Proficient in managing digital files and archives.
• Proficient in creative development and analytics review.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance community branding and optimize digital marketing effectiveness.
• Track and analyze sales data using key quantitative metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate the development of multimedia assets, including renderings, 3D floor plans, and videography.
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns, including website design & development, social media, PPC, and video marketing.
• Oversee the development of digital and print marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with relevant resources to address operational issues and strengthen market position.
