• Lead responses to reputational risks in collaboration with Communications, Legal, and leadership.
• Design and own the escalation framework with cross-functional partners.
• Create and refine response playbooks for common scenarios and post-incident reviews.
• Define how we measure community sentiment and report trends to senior stakeholders.
