Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the Fort Worth multifamily community, ensuring financial, administrative, sales, marketing and maintenance activities meet company standards and deliver excellent customer service.

You will lead staff, develop budgets, implement leasing and retention strategies, analyze market trends, and coordinate repairs, with travel up to 20% and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of property management experience.
• Ability to travel via car or plane on average of 20% of the time.
• Advanced MS Office Word/Excel and computer technology skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• High School or GED (General Education Diploma) Required, some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspects the property to ensure compliance with safety, industry, and regulations, and identifies areas for improvement.
• Gathers, analyzes and interprets market trends to implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Monitors budgeting guidelines and financial performance, and reports variances.
• Develops resident retention strategies and communicates with residents to address service issues.
• Manages maintenance requests, coordinates repairs, and oversees preventative maintenance programs.
• Partners with Regional Manager to create operating budgets and ensure proper purchasing and expense controls.
