Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspects the property to ensure company standards are met.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance for stable operations.
• Gathers and analyzes market trends and implements leasing strategies to reach occupancy goals.
• Monitors budgets, financial reports, and vendor statements for accuracy.
• Hires, trains, and mentors staff; conducts performance evaluations and corrective action.
