Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to oversee day-to-day multifamily operations, including financial, administrative, sales, marketing and maintenance tasks. You will uphold company standards and deliver excellent customer service to residents.

The role requires leading staff, developing budgets with Regional leadership, and implementing occupancy-driving strategies while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across the property.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience
• Willingness to travel 20% of the time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior leadership experience required
• State leasing license or ability to obtain in required time

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspect property to ensure safety and compliance with regs.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Hire, train, supervise, and mentor property staff.
• Prepare weekly/monthly property operational and financial reports.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance and respond promptly to resident requests
