Fortis Property Management seeks a Property Manager for Westchester Apartments. You will oversee on-site operations, manage budgets, and drive resident satisfaction through proactive leasing, marketing, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Two or four year college degree preferred
• Industry and related continuing education
• NAA Certified Apartment Manager designation preferred
• IREM designation preferred
• High School graduate or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assist in the annual operating budget preparation and stay within budget.
• Collect rents and control expenses within budget guidelines.
• Complete timely weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
• Market the community and grow current rents.
• Develop and implement resident retention and high‑quality service programs.
• Supervise on‑site associates and contractors; ensure adherence to Fortis policies.
