Job summary

Neighborly Communities is seeking a Community Manager for Keizer Station to support operations of residential properties. You will supervise staff, ensure fair housing compliance, manage vendor relations, and deliver exceptional resident service.

You will work with the Senior Community Manager and Regional Director of Operations to maintain high standards, coordinate reports, and drive ongoing improvements in asset management and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines and enforcement requirements.
• Experience managing property operations and staff coordination.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities are essential.
• Familiarity with property management software and tenant platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, maintenance, and daily ops of properties.
• Ensure fair housing compliance and resolve resident issues.
• Deliver excellent resident service and manage on-site attendance.
• Prepare reports on performance, assets, budgets, and delinquencies.
• Process lease expirations/renewals and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Input vendor data accurately and liaise with vendors.
• Plan and host resident retention events.
• Lead 3A+ SAM meetings and ensure staff adherence to policies.
• Maintain expertise in ResMan, Tenant Tech, Leonardo, and SharePoint.
