Job summary

Neighborly Communities seeks a Community Manager to join the Sunstone team. You will oversee on-site staff, ensure fair housing compliance, manage daily operations, and deliver outstanding resident service.

You will work with the Senior Community Manager and Regional Director of Operations to maintain reports, coordinate safety meetings, and manage vendor relationships while embodying the Outward Mindset and Neighborly values.

Qualifications

• Minimum college degree in property management or related field with relevant experience.
• LIHTC compliance or affordable housing exposure preferred.
• Fair Housing certification or strong knowledge of fair housing guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, maintenance, and daily operations of assigned properties.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and guidelines.
• Deliver outstanding resident service and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare reports on performance, asset management, budgets and delinquencies.
• Coordinate vendor information and safety meetings; manage move-in/out procedures.
