The role emphasizes revenue management, renewals, reporting, and market analysis to optimize pricing and occupancy. A strong background in multifamily management and team leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years industry experience in multifamily property management.
• Supervisory experience required or demonstrated leadership in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financials: budgets, variances, and rent analytics.
• Ability to produce clear reports and professional correspondence.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local multifamily regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain revenue, expenses, occupancy, and budget projections.
• Manage community inspections in line with CRC requirements.
• Renewals management to drive resident retention and rent growth.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
• Analyze traffic and market trends to support pricing recommendations.
• Lead marketing efforts to generate leasing traffic and relationships.
• Oversee delinquency management and collections.
• Ensure make-readies are completed for timely turnover.
• Report to Regional Manager and Asset Management on community health.
• Coordinate capital projects and renovations with departments.
• Maintain strong organization, follow-up and multitasking skills.
• Address housing violation and liability concerns as needed.
