Job summary
Continental Realty is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Elevate at Brighton Park in Summerville, SC. You will help maintain a 329-unit community, with a compensation package that includes a $750 monthly live-on rent discount (if desired), quarterly team bonus, and comprehensive health/dental/vision benefits.
Join a hands-on team where you will address service requests, perform repairs, and ensure high resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
- MUST BE A GO-GETTER with a proven track record of stepping up to the plate and taking initiative.
- 2+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience, preferably on a demanding garden-style community.
- HVAC skills with EPA certification preferred, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair and electrical experience.
Responsibilities
- Work with team to complete service requests and make-readies promptly with quality workmanship.
- Share knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and go above and beyond.
- Manage time effectively and communicate throughout the day.
- Anticipate problems residents might face before they occur.
