Job summary

Omninet Capital, LLC is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a multifamily property based in the Dallas area. This highly visible, hands-on role requires a polished leader who can deliver an exceptional resident experience while driving strong operational, leasing, and financial performance.

You will oversee resident relations, maintenance, budgeting, and reporting in Yardi, build a high-performing onsite team, and partner with accounting to ensure accurate statements and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive multifamily property-management experience.
• Experience managing Class A or elevated urban residential communities preferred.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent communication, judgment, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office; Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day property operations, including resident relations, maintenance, vendors, inspections, and property presentation.
• Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, resident retention, and overall revenue performance.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Review financial statements, forecasts, accruals, and monthly variances, and take corrective action when needed.
• Coach, develop, and lead a high-performing onsite team; set clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and vendor collaboration.
