Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive multifamily property-management experience.
• Hospitality-minded, resident-focused leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day property operations, including resident relations, maintenance, vendors, inspections, apartment turns, and property presentation.
• Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, resident retention, and overall revenue performance.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets and review financial statements.
