FirstService Residential in Allentown, PA seeks a Community Association Manager to lead community operations, work with the Board, ensure compliance, and supervise staff for a well-run residents’ environment. This hands-on role emphasizes autonomy, relationship-building, and proactive governance across day-to-day management and budget oversight.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 3 years in Property Operations, Hospitality or Construction or equivalent.
• Seven years of community management experience; leadership of staff.
• CPM, PCAM, ARM or AMS designations or equivalent desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and direction for short- and long-range community plans.
• Review org structure and job descriptions; advise Board on changes.
• Partner with public, private and volunteer orgs to provide community services.
• Support Board sub-committees and governance processes.
• Oversee budgets and monthly financial reporting for the association.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and supervision per management plan.
• Ensure adherence to governing documents and civil code compliance.
• Maintain emergency plans and coordinate with local organizations.
• Attend board meetings; prepare agenda support and reports.
• Conduct building inspections and action plans for improvements.
