Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years on-site experience in residential property management.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales and customer service objectives.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to lead and motivate others.
• Ability to successfully manage change and lead through adversity.
• Knowledge of multifamily operations including people management, financial reporting, problem-solving, sales, maintenance and resident relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook.

• Responsible for the overall operation and success of the community, including occupancy, NOI, expenses, customer sentiment and retention.
• Create strategic plans to meet community performance goals and achieve market results that exceed submarket occupancy and rent growth.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing on-site team to deliver Camden’s Living Excellence experience.
• Communicate goals with team and foster accountability and professional development.
• Drive creative marketing and social media strategies to increase property traffic.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape to improve results.
• Ensure compliance with Camden policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
