Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Community Engagement professional to drive strategy development and execution across divisions. You will cultivate long-term relationships with community partners and leaders to boost reputation and social impact.

Responsibilities include managing programs, reporting with KPIs, and collaborating across departments while aligning with Advocate Health’s mission and core values. Travel to multiple locations is expected.

• Proficient with PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel.
• Self-directed with strong time management and detail orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution from creation to implementation of defined community engagement programs.
• Manage relationships with community partners, internal and external stakeholders; track interactions.
• Maintain community engagement tracking tools; compile data and develop reports.
• Participate in meetings/events; provide updates and report on project plans.
• Collaborate with internal departments; represent Advocate Health on committees.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders and foundations; assess funding opportunities.
• Communicate, advance and prioritize community investment opportunities.
• Identify healthcare and community engagement trends; support strategy development.
• Develop execution model from creation to implementation; monitor campaigns.
• Report on programs using KPIs; retrieve and analyze insight research.
