Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Manager for Community Benefits and Community Relations to lead CBCR programs across the Lahey system, aligning with regulatory requirements and community needs. The role involves partnership with leadership, staff, and community stakeholders to advance health equity and social determinants of health.

Initial on-site orientation is six months, then a hybrid schedule with several on-site days and some remote work.

Formación

• Experience in program development, implementation and evaluation.
• 5-7 years of related work experience.
• 0-1 years supervisory/management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local community benefits regulatory requirements.
• Manage community engagement and development of CBCR programs.
• Coordinate with committees, prepare materials, and engage with diverse communities.
• Plan and monitor budgets and track program metrics.
• Represent the hospital in community coalitions and external communications.
