Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a CBCR Program Administrator to advance the community mission, coordinating regulatory reporting, data management, budgeting, procurement, and communications. The role supports a broad range of administrative and programmatic tasks through the CBCR Department.

Initial orientation is on-site at BILH hospitals and Schrafft’s City Center in Charlestown, MA for about six months, followed by a hybrid schedule with on-site days and some remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of related work experience in business, non-profit, research or health administration.
• Excellent organizational and communications skills; ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage event and meeting logistics with minutes, attendance, agendas, AV, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and update documents related to Community Benefits and Community Relations activities.
• Assist with data capture, entry, tracking, and trending for sponsorships, grants, and contracts.
• Assist with communications, newsletters, and updating web-pages.
• Support regulatory reporting and ensure data accuracy for IRS, AGO, and state reports.
• Develop administrative processes to ensure smooth engagement and operations.
