Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Community Benefits and Community Relations Manager to advance the organization’s community mission. The role serves as the primary liaison to community organizations within the CBSA and coordinates regulatory reporting, program development and budgeting for the CBCR function.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Policy, Health or Administration strongly preferred.
• Experience with program development, implementation and evaluation.
• Excellent writing and communication skills across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local community benefits regulatory requirements.
• Reviews and signs off regulatory reports for IRS, AGO/CTU, DPH and municipalities.
• Manages data in the CBD and required documentation.
• Leads community engagement and triennial needs assessment activities.
• Collaborates with leadership to design evidence-based community health strategies.
• Prepares meeting packets and coordinates logistics for CBCR committees.
• Plans events with community and municipal partners.
• Monitors and evaluates CB programming impact.
