Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Community Benefits and Community Relations to lead regulatory reporting, community engagement, and cross-sector collaboration across the CBSA. The role requires building relationships with community partners, designing strategies, and coordinating with hospital leadership.

Initial orientation is on-site for ~6 months, followed by a hybrid schedule with 3–4 days on-site and occasional remote work. Evening/weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Policy, Health or Administration strongly preferred.
• 5-7 years’ related work experience required.
• 0-1 years supervisory/management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local community benefits regulatory requirements and final review of regulatory reports.
• Reviews and completes data entries in the Community Benefits Database and required documentation.
• Manages hospitals’ involvement in local community engagement, needs assessment, prioritization and cross-sector collaboration.
• Collaborates with CBCR, hospital and system leadership to design and implement strategies addressing priority populations.
• Builds and sustains strategic relationships and promotes CBCR activities to internal and external audiences.
• Plans events and convenings with community and municipal organizations and coordinates logistics and materials.
