Qualifications

• Minimum of two years as an onsite (HOA) property manager.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CMCA or state-equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all community policies and procedures.
• Plan, develop and approve operational policies and regulations.
• Prepare timely monthly financial reports for the Board of Directors.
