Job summary

S&B is seeking a Communications Specialist to develop proactive internal and external communications strategies that support the business plan. You will plan, write, edit and distribute engaging content across channels and support ongoing public relations efforts.

The role includes coordinating quarterly corporate employee events and town halls, and producing weekly content for S&B TV to engage employees and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree or equivalent in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in communications across marketing, PR, or corporate channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication and copywriting skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute internal and external communications plans across channels.
• Write press releases, company announcements, internal newsletters, Insights blog posts, portal news stories and LinkedIn content.
• Coordinate and produce employee town halls and leadership events; lead cross-functional projects for large-scale events.
• Ensure accuracy of communications and alignment with company strategies.
• Develop and implement a communications strategy to support company objectives.
• Maintain intranet content and MyS&B portal with fresh internal content; advise on portal communications best practices.
• Monitor analytics and produce reports on campaign performance.
• Publish weekly content for S&B TV for employee engagement and awareness.
• Support video communications for internal and external channels.
