Job summary

S&B is seeking a Communications Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team. You will develop proactive internal and external communications strategies aligned to the business plan, write and edit engaging content, and distribute it across channels.

You will also support PR, social media content, and quarterly corporate employee events and town halls. You will collaborate across the organization, manage intranet content, track analytics, and help optimize communications

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in communications across marketing communications, public relations or corporate communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communications and copywriting with strong storytelling to translate ideas into engaging content.
• Familiarity with AP style and strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of corporate and internal communications strategies.
• Create and publish content for corporate channels including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate employee town halls and leadership events; manage cross-functional teams.
• Publish weekly content for internal channels and assist video communications strategy.
• Monitor analytics and provide monthly reporting on campaigns and strategies.
