Job summary

NewSpring Church is seeking a full-time Reception and Communications Lead to shape the first impression for guests across in-person, phone, email, and digital channels. You will oversee reception, manage multi-channel communications, and build a volunteers team to deliver warm, responsive service that reflects the love of Jesus.

You will craft messaging aligned with our voice and growth plan, respond to inquiries and online feedback, and coordinate internal communications.

• Must handle multi-channel communications with warmth and responsiveness.
• Experienced in managing reception and guest interactions across in-person, phone, email, and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary first contact for guests across all touchpoints.
• Lead reception operations and multi-channel communications at NewSpring Church.
• Manage [e-mail] and campus emails with high responsiveness.
• Monitor public feedback and respond warmly to reviews.
• Schedule and distribute internal staff communications weekly.
• Build and lead a volunteers team for reception and guest services.
• Create a welcoming environment in the Reception Area and connect guests to staff.
• Develop after-hours strategy and on-call liaison with pastoral staff.
• Coordinate with vendors and guests and ensure proper staff follow-up.
• Ensure security and order in the Reception area and assist with admin tasks.
