Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years related experience, or High School Diploma with 8+ years related experience.
• Experience with electronic communications (intranet, video, social media).
• Proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement external and internal communications programming for the business and ensure consistent corporate image across all internal and external outlets.
• Aid in the development, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive external and internal verbal, visual and written communication practices.
• Support the communication needs of the business and its leaders, by driving and executing various communication initiatives and programs.
• Manage the day-to-day execution of employee communications, attend meetings and events, gather data, and create communications to disseminate information to employees and stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage the company intranet, including reviewing, editing, and publishing company news, announcements, and ongoing content generation.
• Support organizational initiatives by creating communications and other promotional tactics to distribute information to employees and stakeholders inclusive of change management plans.
• Any other duties as assigned
