REI is seeking a Program Manager, Internal Communications to help keep employees informed and connected across HR, IT, and Impact. You will partner with leaders to craft clear messages explaining what we’re doing, why it matters, and how to engage.

You’ll translate complex topics into accessible content for diverse audiences, develop integrated plans, and coordinate timing to reduce noise while aligning with business priorities and moments.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in internal or corporate communications.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear messaging.
• Experience with cross-functional programs and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary communications partner for major initiatives across HR, IT, and Impact. Lead end-to-end communication strategies to ensure consistency and alignment across teams
• Partner with leaders to connect initiatives into a clear, cohesive enterprise narrative
• Develop integrated communication plans aligned with business priorities and key moments
• Coordinate timing and messaging across initiatives to improve clarity and reduce noise
• Translate complex topics into accessible, engaging content for diverse employee audiences
