Job summary

Delaware Nature Society seeks a Communications and Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance the organization's public image and support programs, memberships, and events.

Working with the Director of Advancement, you will manage marketing collateral, digital content, newsletters, and vendor relationships, while analyzing outreach results to inform decisions. This full-time exempt role requires collaboration across sites and occasional event coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism or Communications.
• Minimum 3 years in marketing or communications; nonprofit experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies aligned with goals.
• Manage marketing collateral, newsletters, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee content creation for website, blog posts, and materials.
