• Coordinate community outreach activities: materials, vendors, and on-site support.
• Coordinate branded apparel, materials, bids, orders, and inventory control.
• Manage workflows in project management platforms to meet timelines.
• Compile and format performance data for recurring reports and insights.
• Produce media monitoring summaries and identify trends.
• Support survey deployment and summarize results for internal use.
• Maintain accuracy of communication assets and distribution lists.
• Support campaign execution through budget tracking, invoicing, and vendor documentation.
