• Proficient typing at ~40 WPM and basic computer/database use.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergent and non-emergent requests for assistance.
• Coordinate with 911 agencies and other responders to ensure timely support.
• Enter and update information in KTA/KHP information systems and CAD.
• Monitor and operate multiple communications and tolling systems daily.
