Job summary

Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Communications & Operations Specialist to drive strategic communications and cross-functional operations across Product Management and the organization.

You will translate complex priorities into clear messaging and executable plans, leading high-visibility programs and coordinating across Product Management, Customer Success, Sales, Enablement, Product Marketing, and more.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, business communications, communications program management, or related roles.
• Experience developing communications strategies and plans and independently leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information.
• Strong program and project management fundamentals: planning, risk/dependency management, stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic communications plans for high-priority product, business and cross-functional initiatives.
• Translate complex product and business information into concise, audience-appropriate messaging for internal teams, customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead high-visibility, product-led communications initiatives with coordinated messaging and timelines.
• Ask questions to clarify ambiguous initiatives and align stakeholders on what to communicate, to whom, when, and why.
• Partner with Product Management, Customer Success, Sales, Enablement, Product Marketing, and other functions to ensure coordinated communications.
