Job summary

Constant Contact is seeking a Communications Manager to join the Corporate Communications team and help craft external and internal messaging. You’ll draft press releases, executive thought leadership, and social content, while collaborating across PR, Organic Social, Internal Communications, and Employer Brand.

This role emphasizes strong writing, voice adaptation, and the ability to convey leadership perspectives across multiple audiences in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in communications, PR, journalism or content roles.
• Proven ability to draft press releases and executive content.
• Ability to capture a leader's voice from interviews and past content.
• Strong news judgment and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Willingness to write across PR, social, internal comms and influencer content.

Responsibilities

• Draft press releases, announcements, and media materials.
• Ghostwrite executive thought leadership, bylines and blog posts.
• Write executive social content for CEO and leadership teams.
• Support internal communications and leadership messages.
• Turn one story into multiple formats for different audiences.
• Assist with media materials, content calendars, and short-form video.
