Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in project management, corporate communications, or marketing.
• Knowledge: Strong written and verbal communication tailored to audiences.
• Skills: Attention to detail, sound judgment, adaptability.
• Physical: Prolonged sitting and computer work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Executive Communications team to support CEO speaking engagements by researching, drafting talking points and briefing materials.
• Develop and distribute the weekly internal newsletter and collaborate with HR on employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate activities supporting SHRM's industry analyst relations program, including communications, scheduling, and engagement opportunities.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent communications and marketing projects, ensuring activities and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Contribute ideas to enhance communications effectiveness, employee engagement, and project execution.
