Job summary

Constant Contact, based in Massachusetts, is seeking a Communications Manager to draft press releases, executive thought leadership, and internal communications. You’ll sit on the Global Communications team and work across PR, Organic Social, Internal Communications, and Employer Brand.

The role requires a strong writer with a solid drafting foundation, curiosity, and the ability to adapt one story for multiple audiences. Hybrid work and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in communications, PR (agency or in-house), journalism, or content roles.
• A proven record of drafting press releases, plus demonstrated experience writing in executives' and brand voice, whether bylines, speeches, internal communications, social posts, or beyond.
• The ability to capture a leader's voice from interviews, past content, and feedback, and to take heavy edits while building trust and without losing momentum.
• Strong news judgment and a clear sense of what makes executive content worth reading. Existing media relationships are a plus.
• Comfort juggling multiple stakeholders and deadlines, and the judgment to ask which priority wins while handling competing opinions diplomatically.
• Curiosity about the whole discipline and a low-ego, roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
• Writing samples required. Finalists will complete a short writing exercise.
