• Experience serving as a strategic communications advisor to executives and senior leadership teams.
• Experience leading agency/vendor resources and budgets.
• Experience using audience insights and engagement analytics to shape strategy and improve outcomes.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Track record as a communicator who thrives on managing multiple initiatives concurrently and on deadline.
• Self-starter able to work independently or in a group, adaptable to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision and coaching for staff and oversee contractors with full accountability.
• Develop strategic communications plans for complex initiatives and advise partners to achieve goals.
• Ensure messaging aligns with enterprise strategies and document plans for leadership.
• Consult with Executive Committee members and leaders on leadership messaging and initiatives.
• Develop strategies to expand communications capabilities, exploring AI and new trends.
• Represent Corporate Communications in crisis leadership and cross-functional exercises.
• Identify audience impact and tailor messaging to support internal change.
