Job summary

Moorings Park Communities seeks a Director of Communications to lead its enterprise communications function and advise executive leadership. You will translate complex information into clear, timely communications while preserving ownership and alignment with strategic decisions.

This role builds a consistent communications system to strengthen resident satisfaction, partner engagement, public reputation, and organizational confidence across all Moorings Park communities and business lines.

Qualifications

• Strategic communicator with strong writing, editing, storytelling, and advisory skills.
• Ability to coach and maintain calm presence under pressure.
• Experience shaping executive messaging and enterprise communications.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute an enterprise communications strategy aligned with priorities, values, brand, and objectives.
• Serve as communications advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and department leaders.
• Lead message development, writing, editing, tone, audience segmentation, channel selection, timing, and distribution planning.
