THE OPPORTUNITY

As Director of Communications, you will lead the communications center of excellence for Moorings Park Communities. • Oversee community newsletters, TrueSpan content, resident presentations, town halls, institute-level memos, partner communications, and high-visibility publications.
  • Provide counsel for sensitive issues, reputational risk, organizational change, emergencies, and crisis response.
  • Lead proactive public relations and media relations, including story development, press releases, media materials, interview preparation, and reputation-building opportunities.
  • Identify and amplify resident achievements, partner accomplishments, community partnerships, volunteer efforts, clinical excellence, innovation, philanthropy, and organizational milestones.
  • Oversee communications production across digital, print, presentation, photography, video, web, social, email, and other approved channels.
  • Lead and develop communications team members and manage external writers, designers, photographers, videographers, public relations partners, and other vendors.
  • Manage communications budgets, vendor scopes, schedules, deliverables, quality, and performance standards.
  • Monitor communication effectiveness, resident and partner feedback, engagement, message consistency, public relations results, and continuous-improvement opportunities.
