Job summary

Banda Group International seeks a Business Systems Communications Lead to develop and execute strategic communications for a multiyear transformation at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). You will guide messaging across workstreams, engage with executives, and coordinate with system integrators and engagement teams to ensure readiness and understanding of the SAP S/4HANA rollout.

Lead multichannel campaigns, craft executive communications, and maintain editorial standards while collaborating

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.
Extensive writing/editing experience with strong English grammar, punctuation, tone, and style.
Experience planning/executing communications for large, complex initiatives.
Strong project management and coordination across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic and tactical communication plans for a large-scale transformation.
Coordinate messaging across workstreams and with engagement teams.
Create clear, timely messaging for changes due to SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Plan multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, readiness.
