Job summary
Banda Group International, LLC is seeking a Business Systems Communications Lead to guide a multiyear SAP S/4HANA transformation at LANL. You will develop and execute strategic communications, helping employees understand changes, timelines, and available support across multiple workstreams.
Collaborate with program leadership, system integrators, and engagement teams; write and edit messaging for executives and staff; deliver multi-channel campaigns, measure effectiveness, and ensure compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive professional writing/editing experience with strong grammar, punctuation, tone, and style.
- Experience planning and executing communications for large, enterprise-wide initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical communication plans for a large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation.
- Partner with leadership and workstreams to identify communication needs and priorities.
- Create clear messaging to prepare employees for SAP S/4HANA changes.
