Job summary

Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications or related field; 12+ years of relevant experience.
Experience working with executive-level leaders on diverse projects.
Ability to craft communications, including newsletters, that drive adoption and engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage communications for LANL’s ERP transformation to SAP S/4HANA.
Lead communications planning across multiple workstreams and deploy implementation strategies.
Coordinate multisector internal and external stakeholders and Lab employees across channels.
Collaborate with Lab multimedia staff to create content and ensure messaging consistency.
Maintain communication protocols and provide guidance to project leadership.
