Longenecker & Associates (L&A), a Geosyntec Company, seeks a Business Systems Communications Lead at Los Alamos National Lab to guide multi-year ERP transformation. The role focuses on strategic communications across workstreams, coordinating with leadership, partners, and stakeholders to ensure clear, timely messaging during the SAP S/4HANA rollout.

The position requires 12+ years of relevant experience, expert editing, and the ability to translate executive voice into compelling content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, or a physical, life, or social science with 12+ years of relevant experience
• Strong editing and writing; grammar and punctuation
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word; baseline AI tool understanding and responsible use
• Experience leading enterprise-wide communications projects
• Ability to capture executive voice with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage communications for a major national lab transformation
• Oversee strategic and tactical comms for ERP replacement with SAP S/4HANA
• Coordinate communications planning across multiple workstreams
• Lead deployment of implementation strategies and staff engagement
• Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders
